These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betjalli ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account on betjalli, accessing any part of the platform, placing any bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

By registering an account on betjalli, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. betjalli reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued in Bangladesh or any other recognised jurisdiction.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility criteria to hold an active betjalli account:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of betjalli.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended betjalli account under any name or identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betjalli or had an account permanently closed for misconduct.
• You are accessing betjalli from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are using your own personal funds and are not depositing money on behalf of any other person.

betjalli employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account will be frozen and returned to the originating payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. betjalli may report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

To access the full range of betjalli services — including placing bets, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method.

betjalli reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (NID), a recent utility bill confirming your Bangladesh address, and a screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash or Nagad mobile number. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

betjalli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods widely available in Bangladesh. • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though betjalli may apply account-level deposit limits in certain circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your betjalli account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and bonus wagering requirements.
• Currency: All transactions on betjalli are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion service is offered by betjalli.
• Payment source consistency: Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where possible. betjalli may request proof of payment source ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction fees: betjalli does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed clearly before you confirm the transaction.

betjalli is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. However, withdrawal timelines may be extended where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal request is flagged by our fraud detection systems, or where a player has active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. betjalli will communicate any delays to affected players via the contact details registered on their account.

All funds deposited to your betjalli account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. betjalli strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Abuse and fraud: betjalli reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited strategies, or any form of fraudulent activity. Determinations in this regard are made at the sole discretion of betjalli and are final.

User Obligations

As a registered player on betjalli, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjalli and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with betjalli.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account, whether with or without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with betjalli.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of organised fraud in connection with sports betting markets on betjalli.
• Laundering money or using betjalli for any other illegal financial activity. betjalli will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any such suspected activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening betjalli staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to betjalli's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention technology to access betjalli from a jurisdiction where you are not otherwise eligible to use the platform.

betjalli monitors platform activity continuously for signs of the above prohibited behaviours. Where such activity is detected, betjalli reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void associated bets and bonuses, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and refer the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

betjalli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the circumstances described in Section 6 above, as well as failure to complete KYC verification, discovery of ineligibility, or detection of responsible gaming concerns.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@betjalli. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, betjalli will process the closure within 48 hours and will facilitate withdrawal of any remaining verified balance subject to standard withdrawal terms and applicable wagering requirement completion.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling rather than permanently closing their account may use the self-exclusion and time-out tools available within their betjalli account settings. Limitation of Liability

betjalli provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, betjalli does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or data transmission issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjalli shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of betjalli.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside betjalli's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power disruptions, or force majeure events.
• The outcome of any bet, game, or promotional activity conducted on the platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer processes that are independent of betjalli's operational control.
• Errors in odds, game displays, or promotional materials that are subsequently corrected. betjalli reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude betjalli's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by betjalli's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming regulation and commercial law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of betjalli that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. betjalli will engage constructively with any such process.
